Funke Okoya
Chairman (Board Member)
About Funke Okoya
Funke Okoya is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, specialising in Corporate and Investment Banking, Asset Management, Credit and Risk Management, and Project Management.
She currently serves as the Chairman of Stratos Trading Limited and is a Director at Renacquire Limited, an advisory and investment banking firm. Funke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Business School Netherlands. She is also a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers.
Throughout her career, Funke has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director at Nova Merchant Bank, where she was responsible for the Wholesale and Investment Bank's strategy and generated over 50% of the bank's profit before tax (PBT) budget. She also served as Director of Client Origination and Coverage at Emerging Africa Capital and played a key role in converting ADHL into Coronation Merchant Bank. Her previous experience includes senior management roles at Access Bank Plc and United Bank for Africa Plc.
An active contributor to the finance community, Funke has served on the advisory board of The Business School, Netherlands, and is a council member of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers. She is recognised for her leadership abilities and collaborative spirit.
Mike Mornu

About Mike Mornu
Mike Mornu is a seasoned business and supply chain executive with deep expertise in logistics, risk management, and strategic leadership. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics (FCIL), and a Chartered Risk Manager. He holds two MBAs, with executive education from Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Continental Logistics Limited, a 4PL supply chain management company he has led and grown for over two decades. He also serves as a Director at AVE Logistics Limited and Stratos Oil & Gas, and is known for business process re-engineering, strategic execution, and results-driven leadership.
Adeyemo Alakija
Director (Board Member)
About Adeyemo Alakija
Adeyemo Alakija has two decades of experience in the downstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, specialising in trading, shipping logistics, and terminal operations across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He held Managing Director roles in Nigeria for companies like Optima Energy S.A. and Riverlake Shipping S.A. for over 10 years.
He holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire and a BA from the University of Liverpool, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, a Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditation, and a Fullstack Software Engineering certification.

Francisco Lakanu
Chief Executive Officer (Board Member)
About Francisco Lakanu
Francisco Lakanu holds a Finance degree from the University of Lagos. He has over 15 years of banking experience, specialising in trade finance, risk management, and corporate & investment banking. He worked in the energy departments of multiple banks, including Zenith and First Bank, and was hired to establish the Downstream Desk at Heritage Bank. A notable achievement was securing confirmation lines with offshore banks.
He also founded two downstream trading companies, Curzon Global Resources and Fox Fuels Trading UK, before joining Stratos Trading Limited. He is currently the CEO of Stratos Trading and General Manager of its sister company, BFS Trading FZCO, which he also founded.
Victoria Lakanu

About Victoria Lakanu
Victoria Lakanu is a results-driven executive with a Second Class Upper degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos. She began her career at NETCO before spending eight years at Zenith Bank in Treasury Management, where she built expertise in financial strategy, liquidity management, and revenue optimisation.
With strong experience in business development and operational leadership, Victoria brings analytical insight, commercial acumen, and disciplined execution to every role. As Chief Operating Officer of Stratos Trading Limited, she drives operational excellence, strategic growth, and sustainable value creation with integrity and professionalism.
Abdwasiu Durosinmi
Group Head, Finance
About Abdwasiu Durosinmi
Durosinmi Bamidele is the Chief Financial Officer at Stratos Trading, bringing over 22 years of expertise in accounting, financial management, and taxation. He studied Accounting at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos (OND 1997, HND 2002) and is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Thelma Ogun
Head, Business Development — WAF
About Thelma Ogun
Thelma Ogun has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across Nigeria and West Africa. As the Head of Business Development for West Africa at Stratos Trading, she specialises in sales strategy and client acquisition.
She previously held leadership roles at Sahara Group, Asharami Synergy, and Fatgbems Petroleum. At Stratos, she is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's presence in petroleum exports and bunker fuel supply. Known for her ability to open new markets and exceed targets, she is a key asset to the team.
Shoaib Khan
Head, Origination & Business Development — Middle East Asia
About Shoaib Khan
Shoaib Khan holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in IT from Hamdard University Karachi. He began his career at Admore Gas (Pvt) Ltd (now Puma Pakistan), progressing from a Management Trainee to a Senior Supply & Distribution Executive. He then worked at Byco Petroleum Pakistan Ltd (now Cnergyico) as a Senior Office Sourcing professional and later as an Assistant Manager Sourcing and Assistant Manager (Naphtha & LPG).
Following this, he served in Business Development in Pakistan at Trafigura PTE Ltd. Currently, he is the Business Development Manager Oil at 2MS Internationals and the Head of Origination & Business Development, Middle East Asia for BFS Trading FZCO, the offshore subsidiary of Stratos in the UAE.
Jonathan Uduak
Group Head, Operations — Terminal & Marine Logistics
About Jonathan Uduak
Jonathan is a dedicated logistics and supply chain professional with over 19 years of experience. As the Manager of Inspection & Surveying at Continental Logistics Ltd., he has a strong background in inventory management, inspection, and surveying.
He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and has completed professional training in inventory accuracy, strategic inventory management, and customs operations. Known for his responsible and team-oriented approach, he has progressed through various roles within the company, consistently contributing to its growth.
Olajumoke Jegede

About Olajumoke Jegede
Olajumoke Jegede is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with extensive experience across Logistics and Retail sectors. Her expertise spans Organisational Design, Talent Management, and Performance Optimisation, with a strong focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the University of Lagos. She is also internationally certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), underscoring her commitment to global and local HR best practices.

About Olufemi Ogunsola
Ogunsola Olufemi Adegoke is a strategic finance leader with over 10 years of experience in financial management, corporate strategy, and business transformation. He has a strong track record in profitability, capital optimisation, and strengthening financial controls to drive shareholder value.
He brings expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, tax planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including IFRS and GAAP. Skilled in leveraging ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, he improves reporting efficiency and transparency. He is also a member of ICAN, CITN, CIMA, and CIECON.
